How your money helps

1.5 million children

Around 1.5 million children in this country suffer some form of neglect.

It's probably happening on your doorstep, possibly to a child you know.

Right now neglected children are going to bed hungry, living in chaotic or filthy conditions, or being abandoned by the people who should love them the most.

How your money helps

We depend on gifts from people like you who want to help vulnerable children in the UK, to continue our work.

We run nearly 650 community projects across the UK, such as funding breakfast and after school clubs, supporting struggling parents or providing young carers with practical support.

Many of these are things that no one else will fund.

No matter how you choose to donate, you will change a child's life.

  • One-off donations help us reach more children who urgently need our support, right now.
  • Regular donations help us to provide the stability that vulnerable young people so desperately need.

Make a difference today

A donation today, no matter how small, makes a huge impact on the lives of the children we help.

  • £5 could pay for emergency overnight support for a young person on the verge of homelessness.
  • £10 could help pay for swimming and hydrotherapy lessons for a child with a disability.
  • £20 could pay for food parcels to help parents feed their children nutritious meals.
  • £50 could pay for a one-to-one counselling session for a child who has been abused.
